You’ve probably been asked to set your intention at the beginning of a yoga class. Do you do it? My intention over the past few years has been all about finding balance. Balance in my personal space and my professional world. Balance in the company I keep and the way I spend my time and energy. Balance in finding ways to make a difference. By setting my intention and my priorities, I am at peace with balance! My intention now is a mindful approach to appreciation. What are some of the ways you set your intention on being mindful?
