This is what our yoga instructor said when class started today. It got me thinking throughout the day about what it means to actually let go and how to find peace with letting go. Start with reflecting on the good things you do each and everyday and stop beating yourself up for the stuff that’s not so good. Maybe start with taking down time to yourself to just breathe and be still and be quiet. Focus on appreciating the moments you experience in life each and everyday. The beauty in a sunny hot day and a cool summer breeze. An amazing yoga practice and a wonderful appreciation for life. I say let go and enjoy!
