I believe if you want to affect change, you need to be the change! A slight change in your behavior or in the way you feel about something will make a different impact. Here are a few things you can think about when it comes to change. Embrace it! Try it, you might like it! Don’t be afraid of it. Change comes to us in many ways. Today, we communicate differently than we ever did before. From the boardroom to the yoga mat, it’s happening every minute. In business, technology is moving at a rapid pace. Usually there is no reason to do something manually anymore. So explore the technology tools available to you. On the yoga mat, step out of your comfort zone and try to hold a pose longer! And most of all, don’t be afraid to try a new platform to speak, affect change and make a difference!
